Meet Coach & Founder Elisa Poplawski
With diverse varied experience across multiple industries, Elisa is equipped to quickly foster trust with her clients, which allows for transformational coaching results and growth. Elisa has had the opportunity to serve in an array of diverse and varied leadership roles and brings a wealth of well-rounded experience in the fields of business, government, military, education and sports coaching. They included being an inner-city teacher and principal in Philadelphia, Navy Reservist (E-6), leader and Career Development Advisor/Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency (GG-14 Promote) w experiences in joint inter-agency assignments to include Acting DoD Deputy Director to the High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and office launch team leader with Keller Williams. She served in multiple oversees deployments both in her Navy Reserve and DoD Civilian capacity, in direct support of counter-terrorism operations. Elisa has served in various volunteer capacities to include launching a youth program. Wherever she serves Elisa naturally motivates and uplifts those around her, builds strong relationships and a bridge of trust.

Jessica Guadalupe is an accomplished business and finance executive with over twenty years of diverse professional experience spanning leadership, management, finance, and sales across multiple industries. As Chief Operating Officer at OPTEMPO Coaching & Consulting, Jessica leads financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, bookkeeping, forecasting, and strategic account management for a diverse portfolio of clients. Her expertise streamlines operations, enhances compliance, and delivers strategic financial insights that empower better decision-making.
Jessica's leadership journey began in higher education and media before transitioning into the real estate and consulting sectors. In 2017, she joined KW Metro Center as the Market Center Administrator of the Alexandria office and was later promoted to Director of Finance in 2020. In this role, she managed the financial operations of four real estate offices, overseeing agent commissions, owner distributions, billing, and payroll. Jessica led and mentored a team, fostering team development and improving operational efficiency. She was responsible for accounts payable, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaborating closely with leadership, she supported budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning efforts. Additionally, she acted as a key liaison with CPAs, vendors, and Keller Williams Realty International, while streamlining processes to enhance transaction accuracy and overall financial performance.
Earlier in her career, Jessica held leadership roles in higher education, where she managed teams, oversaw financial aid and student services, and drove operational improvements. Her background also includes business development roles in Univision Radio in New York City, managing advertising accounts. Her proficiency spans operational excellence, process improvement, and client relations.
Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management, and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in General Business and Human Resource Management. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a Virginia State Public Notary Certification.
Growing up in New Jersey and relocating to Northern Virginia in 2008, Jessica brings a passion for diverse cultures, a meticulous attention to detail, and a deep commitment to continuous learning. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
